GENERAL CHAIR - Lori Cooper
Has overall responsibility for CVHS Grad Night and sites on the All-Schools board to manage the complete project. Organizes and coordinates all committee chairs, maintains communications either through phone or email to keep committee chairs informed and connected. Is a signer along with Treasurer on all checks. (Coordinates closely with: ALL)

CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT - Lupe Velasquez
Coordinates a smooth check-in of students, student needs for the evenings such as disposable camera, vouchers, raffle tickets, etc. Is responsible for advising General Chair of all students who did not arrive by the time gate closes. Coordinates a plan for Check-Out. (Coordinates closely with: Coatroom and Tickets)

COATROOM -
Solicits donations of "party favors" from local merchants to go in each students' bag. Responsible for numbering and setting up party bags for each student on the night of the event, ensuring prizes, photos, gifts, etc. get put in the proper bag. Ensures each student receives his/her correct party bag at checkout. (Coordinates closely with: Check-In and Prize Chairs)

DECORATIONS - Marie Dominguez
Attends the All-School meetings to determine a theme, creates vision of the area CVHS is to decorate, and coordinates the complete decorating process. Maintains an inventory of items in the four containers to re-use as much as possible. Work closely with those providing construction and electrical advice and support.  (Coordinates closely with: Entertainment, Memory Lane and Food)

DONATIONS & PRIZES - Sandy Fogg Need more help here!
Is responsible for soliciting donations of money and prizes from local merchants, corporations and individuals. Secures prizes and coordinates the distribution of them throughout the evening to the students. (Coordinates closely with: Coatroom)

ENTERTAINMENT - Valerie McDaniel
Contracts with all vendors, obtaining the appropriate insurance forms and ensuring vendors are properly paid. Attends the All-School meetings to work with the other four schools to coordinate getting vendors at discounted prices wherever possible, oversees entertainments activities during the event, which includes all indoor and outdoor activities and bowling. (Coordinates closely with: Decorations and Treasurer)

FOOD - Diane Doran
Is responsible for developing a menu of food to be served, obtaining the food/drinks either through donations or purchases. Coordinates a team of workers on the evening of the event to keep food constantly replenished. (Coordinates closely with: Decorations)

FUNDRAISING -  Diane Stack
Organizes and directs fundraising events as decided on by the committee. Previous events have included McCalous inventory, class cookbook sale, car washes, etc. (Coordinates closely with: Treasurer and Volunteer Coordinator)

JUNIOR PARENT - not yet filled - THIS COULD BE YOU!
Is responsible for obtaining volunteers during the day and early evening of Grad Night to "babysit" Centre Concord while Senior parents are at graduation. Is responsible for coordinating Take Down on Sunday morning after all schools have graduated. Attends as many meetings as possible to listen and learn about the ins and outs of Grad Night. (Coordinates closely with: Food, Decorations and Coatroom)

MAIL ROOM - Jennifer Alderete
Creates an area where families and friends can leave messages for students on Preview Night. This same area will be used during Grad Night for students to leave messages for other graduates. (Coordinates closely with: Decorations)

MEMORY LANE -Serena Whisten and Michelle Eberhart
Is responsible for developing a plan to collect pictures of students from their parents and for creating a frame for displaying them. Coordinates displaying them in the Memory Lane area before the event, and taking down at the end of the evening and putting them into each students' party bag before the end of Grad Night. Is also responsible for the photos during Preview Night. (Coordinates closely with: Decorations and Coatroom)

PHOTOS - Kitty McEntee
Is responsilble for taking photos of students during the event in either a designated area or candidly. Creates a plan for getting the photos developed through the evening and displaying them for students to take and put in their party bags. (Coordinates closely with: Entertainment and Decorations)

PREVIEW NIGHT - Romina Hansohn and Jackie Ferguson
Must work with other schools to coordinate a successful Preview Night. Coordinates publicity, creates a program, ensures there is a "donation basket", along with large donor board thanking all donors. (Coordinates closely with: everyone to obtain names of all donations (including food).

PUBLICITY - Beth Neudell
Is responsible for preparing and inserting articles as requested by all chairs in the school newsletter, Eagle Eye, Concord Transcript, Concordian, and Clayton Pioneer. Handles publicity for Preview Night, along with any other publicity deemed necessary. (Coordinates closely with: Preview Night and all other chairs as needed)

SECRETARY - Krista Smith
Prepares, maintains and distributes monthly meeting minutes and may write correspondence as needed. Must be able to attend all or most meetings. Prepares and mails thank you letters to all who donated cash, prizes, food, etc. for the event. (Coordinates closely with: General Chair)

SECURITY - Warren Anderson and Vivian Sprague
Coordinates overall security during the event. Ensures students are sober and not entering with "substances" via a friendly frisk. Ensures that only CVHS graduates are on site by stationing parents at perimeter of fencing. Patrols parking lot to ensure that cars are safe. Works with other schools regarding outdoor fencing and lighting. (Coordinates closely with: Check-In)

T-SHIRTS - Sandy Fogg
Can be done as an individual school or in coordination with the other schools. Obtains a vendor, acquires approval or a design and orders shirts. If student names are listed on the back, spelling of names must be carefully reviewed. Supervises the distribution of shirts at the day/time agreed by the committee. (Coordinates closely with: Tickets)

TICKETS -Janet Thys
Maintains a database of all students who have purchased a ticket, along with the appropriately signed permission slips and waivers and t-shirt size. Provides an alphabetical list of students to both Check In and Coatroom Chairs. (Coordinates closely with: T-Shirts, Check-In, Coatroom and Donations/Prizes)

TREASURER - Sue Webb
Is a signer on all checks. Balances checkbook, prepares and provides a monthly income and expense statement, writes all reimbursement checks, accepts funds received from ticket sales, fundraisers and donations and maintains accurate records of all financial transactions. (Coordinates closely with: Donations/Prizes and Fundraising)

VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR - Michelle Eberhart Need more help here!
Maintains a database of the names, addresses, phone numbers, etc. of senior parents who have volunteered to help. Names are obtained from PFC and distributes list to appropriate chairs. Helps recruit volunteers throughout the year for special activities (painting parties, fundraising events) and most importantly, the night of the event. Supervises check-in of all parent volunteers throughout the event. (Coordinates closely with: all Chairs as needed)
